Clinical Laboratory Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities:
Clinical laboratory specialists perform laboratory work to
identify, diagnose, and treat diseases. They also collect blood specimens and
prepare culture media. Most of the clinical laboratory specialists work in
hospitals, but they can also be employed by private practices, medical groups,
research laboratories, pharmaceutical companies, and universities.
Salary:
$20,000 - $28,000
Education:
They should take challenging courses in science, math, and English.
Receive an associate’s degree specialized in house training. Some employers
also accept a bachelor’s degree.
Reflection:
I would honestly not like to work in something related to the medical field anymore. once i put more thought into it, i would have a bad conscience if i were to ever get any information wrong.
