diagnose and treat injuries or diseases. They practice in all branches of
medicine and also surgery. Osteopaths prefer a-hands on approach towards
medicine. they mainly work in osteopathic
hospitals or in a private practice.

Education:
If you wish to become a osteopathic physician, you should
take high school courses available in science, math, and English. After three
or four years of college, you must then attend medical school. All medical
schools require that you have one year of basic chemistry, one year of organic
chemistry, one year of biology, and one year of physics. Depending on the
medical school you wish to attend, you may also have to get course work in
calculus, English, the humanities, or social science.
Reflection: Do you think you would like to be one? Why? Why
not?
No, I would not like to become a osteopathic technician
because I would rather prefer a more active duty job where I can run around and
what not. Also, I’ve always wanted to join the marines and I plan to achieve
that.
