I need to maintain a healthy diet myself, but also I need to exercise. at this age, I am probably the most active I will ever be. so why not start now? the only exercise I actually even receive would be from my physical education class, and that's not even everyday. Besides exercise, my diet is horrible. if your everyday diet consists of a bag of chips and probably some bread every now and then between the hours, you need some change.
