I truly believe this acrostic poem, it makes sense as well. if you and others work together you will all be successful, but also you will be able to achieve more with people helping.


Healthcare Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities:

Healthcare administrators direct, and manage hospitals and other health care facilities. They are responsible for planning, financial administration. also  m aterial organization, purchasing, also public administration. Small hospitals may only have 1 administrator while larger hospitals may have up to 5.

Average Salary:

$35,000 - $100,000

Educational Requirements:

Students should  take challengi ng high school courses in science, math, and English. healthcare administrators hold master’s degrees in healthcare or business administration.


Reflection:

i would not follow into this medical career only because this job doesn't seem to really interest me, and i already have a life long goal of joining the marines since i was a little kid.

Whats on your mind?

well there's not much on my mind besides the thought of sleep and music. i don't really do much so i don't think a lot.
Histology Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Histology specialists and histology technicians both prepare tissue samples that are used to check if a patient has a disease, dysfunction, or malignancy.

Salary:

Histologic technicians = $22,000 - $35,000
Histologists = $30,000 - $50,000

Education:

They are to take the most difficult high school courses in science, math, or English. To be a histologist technician you must earn an associate’s degree and complete a one-year internship.

Reflection:

  Do you think you would like to be a Histology Specialist? Why? Why not?

I would not like this career for myself because it doesn’t seem very interesting to me

Physical Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Physical Therapists help patients to restore bodily functions or to prevent them. They will also help relieve pain after the injury or illness. Therapy can include a massage or can even apply heat/cold as treatments. Physical Therapists work at hospitals, nursing homes, rehabilitation centers, schools, and physician’s school.

Salary $25,000 - $45,000

Educational Requirements:

Students willing to become physical therapists should take challenging high school math, science, and English courses. To become licensed most states require students to earn master’s degree and pass a certification examination.

I would not like to be a physical therapist because I don’t like touching people when they are naked because it is kind of weird, I also don’t want to be a physical therapist because it sounds like it is boring and you don’t get paid very well.

 Health information specialists post and look over that the medical records are being properly placed and where it’s supposed to be.

Salary:

$20,000 - $25,000

Educational Requirements:

Students should take the most challenging high school courses, have a high school diploma or GED certificate. To be official, they must pass an examination.


Do you think you would like to be a health information specialist? Why?  Why not?

Answer: No, I would not proceed towards this career only because I have already thought about what I wish to be in the future, and also this career doesn't really seem to interest me.

Educational Requirements:

Students should take college preparatory courses during high school
Health educators have, as minimum, a bachelor’s degree in health education. Many have master’s degrees. To be certified or licensed to teach health in public schools requires a master’s degree and successful completion of a written exam in many states.
