Licensed Practical Nurse

Duties and Responsibilities:

 Licensed practical nurses take care of handicapped, injured, or sick patients. There work also contains taking their patients temperature, blood pressure, and pulse. Also, they give injections, change their clothing, and help them with baths. In this job they care for patients from hospitals, nursing homes, and certain care facilities.

Salary:

$16,000 - $23,000

Education:

To become a licensed practical nurse, it is encouraged to have a high school diploma or a GED. Also state approved training programs are offered by hospitals, vocational schools, junior colleges, and private schools.

Reflection:


I would not really like to look into this job, I say this only because I don’t like the thought of me having to take care of people.
