Courage: The ability to do something that frightens one
Synonyms: Bravery, Valor, Heroism, Grit, Pluck, and Hardihood.
Courage may come in different forms. throughout everyday acts we may do regularly, or acts that go down in history. For example, something as simple as trying out a new food can be considered courageous. Another example would be Martin Luther King standing up for equal rights. either life changing experiences, to little things can be considered courageous.
